Please understand that Dirty Dog Grooming is a "By Appointment Only" business.

Emergencies happen; we understand. However, we must consider the loss of income due to appointment cancellations and "no shows."

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please call NO LATER than 3pm the day before to ensure that you will not be charged for the missed appointment.

Due to the frequency of cancellations, clients that miss a scheduled appointment will be required to pre-pay their next appointment.

New clients will be asked to make a $20 deposit in order to secure their appointment.

Once an appointment has been pre-paid, should the client fail to keep their appointment, the charge will not be refunded.

Clients that show up 15 minutes late risk losing their appointment & may also be subjected to a late fee.

We must have current rabies vaccine information for each dog.

Please bring in a current rabies vaccination certificate or the current year rabies county tag.

Dogs without proof of current rabies vaccination will not be groomed.

For the safety of our staff and other dogs, we require each dog to be brought in on a leash.  The collar should be properly sized and the leash should be fixed.  If you have a retractable leash, it must be locked.

Dirty Dog Grooming closes as 3:00 pm every day.

Due to limited kennel space, please plan to pick up your dog(s) promptly after our call.

We give each client a 15-20 minute notice prior to the completion of grooming.

LATE FEES

Dogs that are not picked up promptly will incur a fee. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we ask that clients pick up their dog no later than 30 minutes after our call.  The kennel staff needs to ensure there is plenty of time to clean and sanitize the cage/dog run between dogs. Dogs that are left here longer than 30 minutes are subject to a fee.

Dogs that are not picked up by 3:00 pm will be charged as follows:

$1 per minute after 3:00pm CST

Please plan to pick up your dog on time.

Due to the heightened Covid-19 sanitation procedures, cleaning products, PPE products, additional staff, and  the rising cost of supplies, equipment, and overhead costs, a small price increase is necessary.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
